    What is the standard check-in/check-out time?

    Check-in is at 4pm onwards. Early check-in is available subject to availability. Check-out is best done before 11 A.M. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.

    Is Reception open 24 hours?

    Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

    May I leave my luggage?

    Luggage storage service is offered at the Hotel. Cost is 2 USD per hour per item. For 24 hrs, cost is 30 USD per item.

    Till what time breakfast is served?

    Breakfast is served daily from 07:00am until 10:00am.

    When were the rooms last refurbished?

    The hotel has very recently been fully renovated in 2017.

    Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

    The Sergei Palace hotel has one Room for individuals with special needs.

    Do the bathrooms have baths or showers?

    All rooms have a bathtub and/or a shower.

    There is a paid parking lot nearby the hotel with a 50% discount only for guests of the Sergei Palace Hotel.

    How much does parking cost?

    With the 50% discount, parking is 150 NIS for up to 24 hours.

    Are the prices quoted per room or per person?

    The prices quoted are always per room for Bed & Breakfast, it is always important to check for the most comfortable type of room.

    Is it possible to put one more bed in the room?

    Yes, at an extra charge per night.
